• There are 2 short stay apartments
• The two apartments have identical (mirror imaged) floor plans
• Apartment 6 is called "Elphie" from the Broadway musical "Wicked"
• Apartment 7 is called "Ginda" from the Broadway musical "Wicked"

Where are the short stay apartments located on site?

• The complex has 7 apartments
• The short stay apartments are located at the rear of the complex
• Walk down the beautiful pathway (as if you were walking along the track to the Wizard of Oz), to the rear of the complex

Are the short-stay apartments fully serviced? 

• No, they are self-catering (Airbnb-style).
• Fresh linen, towels, and quality bedding are provided at the start of your stay.
• The apartment receives a full professional clean before you arrive.
• You are responsible for keeping the apartment tidy during your stay.
• Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes are not included but can be arranged for an extra fee.

What is included in the short-stay apartments?

What are the check-in and check-out times?

• Check-in: from 2:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM Flexible arrangements may be possible — please ask when booking.

What is the minimum stay? 

• Usually 1 night (varies by season and availability).

What is the cancellation policy? 

• Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before arrival.

Are pets allowed? 

• No pets are permitted (unless by prior arrangement).

What is the minimum rental term? 

• 12 months or longer.

Are long-term apartments furnished? 

• No — they are unfurnished traditional rentals. 
• You supply your own furniture and appliances.

Is high-speed Wi-Fi available to short stay tenants? 

• Yes, but only for short term guests, who have access to NBN Fibre (1000/100 Mbps) is connected and free for short-stay guests only. 

Is high-speed Wi-Fi available to long stay tenants (unfurnished apartments?  

• No. 
• Long-term tenants arrange their own plan (NBN is available on site).
